We are manufacturers: a family business with around 60 employees and 15,000 m² of facilities in Alginet (Valencia, Spain), where we design and manufacture our sprayers.

In Spain, every new agricultural machine is registered in the ROMA (Official Register of Agricultural Machinery), and the Ministry publishes the registrations by brand every year. In sprayers (also known as airblast or air-assisted sprayers), Mañez y Lozano has registered more than twice as many as the second brand every year since 2015, and between 2006 and 2025 it has registered more than 8,400 machines.

Manufacturers, not assemblers
Many sprayers are assembled from pumps, air units and control units bought from third parties, mostly from Italy, Turkey and China. We design and manufacture them ourselves.
Piston pumps
Made in-house since 1980, with direct drive or with a reduction shaft.
Air unit
Our own step-up gearbox, clutch, propeller… Twister system, patented since 2010.
Electronic control units
Sistromatic and Tronic, with new versions on the way, and Sistronic 4.0 with GPS, 4G and AppMyL. ISOBUS compatible.
Chassis and machining
Reinforced chassis built in Alginet and CNC machining.
Why it matters: all the components are designed to work together, and the spare parts are our own. We have the part list of every machine and supply original parts.
Our own innovation since 1961
1961
We started out with phytosanitary treatments and designed our own equipment. In 1976, Mañez y Lozano, S.L. was founded.
1980
First in-house piston pumps. In 1985, our first sprayers.
1989
Sistromatic, patented: electronics come to the sprayer. The first European company to develop it.
1991
Tronic. In 1992, Herbitronic, and in 1995, the computerised Sistromatic.
2001
Anti-pollution charger, which we still fit today.
2008
Our own air unit, after a project started in 2007.
2010
Twister system, patented: the air leaves the fan housing in a spiral and wets the underside of the leaves better.
2011
Rear leaf guard grille, patented: it does not lift pests from the ground.
2017
Polyethylene tanks with direct access to the step-up gearbox and transmission.
2022
Sistronic 4.0: a single control unit with GPS, 4G and the AppMyL app.
